Where to stay
Lodging
The Catskills are a popular vacation and wedding destination in the summer, so we recommend booking 4-6 months in advance.
We have reserved the Gateway Lodge at Pine Hill for our guests. This is a relatively small property with only 11 rooms, so we anticipate it booking up quickly.
Other Nearby Options
There are plenty of other great options nearby. We recommend looking into:
A quaint bed and breakfast with affordable rates, planned shuttle stop (see below)
A nearby inn with a pool!
Beautiful upscale inn with a pool and tennis courts!
Where we stayed on our venue hunt trip - delicious breakfast and helpful hosts! It is up a small hill so will likely not be a shuttle stop.
Very eclectic “experience” hotel with themed rooms, you have been warned! Also the closest accommodations to the wedding venue and a planned shuttle stop.

The Shuttle
We are providing a shuttle service to and from the wedding so everyone can celebrate safely.
Because our guests are staying in a few different places, the final shuttle stops and pickup times will depend on where everyone books. As of now, we plan for shuttle stops at Gateway Lodge, Margaretville Mountain Inn, and the Roxbury Experience. Additional stops will be added pending where everyone books.
Final Schedule
Once we have everyone's lodging details, we will finalize the route and post the exact pickup times right here on this page closer to the wedding date.
Airports
Albany is the closest airport, about a 1.5 hour drive away. Otherwise it is a 3.5 hour drive from the NYC airports.
Driving & Parking
If you prefer to drive yourself, there is plenty of complimentary parking available on-site at the venue.
